JUST IN: Donald Trump shares a rendering of the proposed Donald J. Trump Presidential Library, planned for construction in Miami.
The @realdonaldtrump Presidential Library is coming to Florida, offering a glimpse into the 45th President’s legacy through state-of-the-art planning and innovative features. The institution will preserve Trump’s presidential records, decisions, speeches, and achievements, ensuring his impact is accessible to researchers, students, and the public for generations.
Located on a prime waterfront property near key civic landmarks, the library reflects Trump’s vision, resilience, and influence on the nation. Supporters across the country are celebrating this upcoming addition to the U.S. presidential library system as a landmark tribute to his role in shaping modern America and securing his place in history.
The Donald J. Trump Presidential Library is a planned skyscraper complex to be located on a 2.6-acre waterfront site on Biscayne Boulevard in downtown Miami, Florida. Renderings for the project were officially unveiled by Eric Trump and the library's foundation on March 30, 2026.
Project Details & Features:
Based on the released renderings and official statements, the proposed library will include:
Design: A glass skyscraper that could reach up to 47 stories high to represent Donald Trump's election as the 47th president.
Aircraft Display: A large atrium or lobby showcasing multiple aircraft, including a luxury Boeing 747 gifted by Qatar to be retrofitted as a replica of Air Force One.
Museum Replicas: Recreations of the Oval Office, the White House Rose Garden, and a massive 90,000-square-foot ballroom.
Statues & Decor: Extensive use of gold throughout the interior, featuring a theater with a large golden statue of the former president.
Integrated Development: The plans may also incorporate an adjacent hotel, which would make it the first presidential library to include such a commercial facility.
Location & Construction Site: The library will be built on what is currently a parking lot for the Miami Dade College Wolfson Campus, situated next to the historic Freedom Tower and near the Kaseya Center.
Land Ownership: The land was transferred from Miami Dade College to the state of Florida, and finally to the Donald J. Trump Presidential Library Foundation in February 2026 following legal challenges.
Architect: The project is being designed by the Miami-based firm Bermello Ajamil & Partners.
