Stay Primal 🦍 🦎 Close to the earth. Always moving. Never rigid. These flows train coordination, mobility, and strength while putting the mind into a focused, animal like state. You don’t force this you feel it. More flow. More freedom.
**One arm push-ups are the most underrated exercise of all time, hands down. Maces are amazing, just as versatile as kettlebells….“You stop jumping you start dying” -Russian proverb #physicalculture #proper #american #primal #freedom

More capable HUMAN Spinal flow!!! Primal fitness / Primal moves / Primal kinetics
True & deep efficiency comes with listening to your own body in the moment and doing micro adjustments on the go. Too much structure and rigidity doesn’t serve in the long run. Balance of intention & surrender (flow) is a sweet spot.
I prioritize movement. Nature. Fresh air. Intentional mobility. Strategic fasting. This is where I build my base. Strong joints. Resilient structure. Clear mind. Before performance… there is preparation. Before intensity… there is control. Movement is not entertainment. It’s maintenance. It’s longevity. It’s discipline. Save it if you train with purpose.

My muscles don't come from reps. They come from learning control. Learning to open my body. Learning to understand my body's language. This is primal movement in crab position: • Opens shoulders, chest, and spine • Builds hip mobility and strength • Strengthens stabilizer muscles most people ignore • Teaches body awareness through movement What's happening here: ✓ Hips lifted high (glute and hamstring engagement) ✓ One hand reaches up and over body (thoracic rotation) ✓ Shoulders opening (reversing desk posture damage) ✓ Core stabilizing (anti-rotation strength) ✓ Every muscle working to control the movement This isn't about how many reps I can do. It's about how WELL I can move. Results come when you look for strength and mastery over looks. I do this for 20-30 minutes as part of my nightly stretching routine. Not because it looks cool. Because my body NEEDS this kind of movement. Especially after 18 months of wrist injury and 9 months of shoulder pain. This is how I rebuilt control. Follow for more primal movement and mobility training that actually builds functional strength. 💪🏾 #PrimalMovement #MobilityTraining #BodyControl #FunctionalFitness #TimeRevealsFitness
Push-ups. Bench press. Pull-ups. All important. All foundational. Linear strength matters. It builds muscle, force production, and basic capacity. But life doesn’t move in straight lines. Sport doesn’t move in straight lines. Spine doesn’t move in straight lines. Hips don’t move in straight lines. Real functional fitness is about moving your body in space. Rotating. Transitioning. Shifting weight. Controlling momentum. Owning awkward angles. That’s where systems like Animal Flow inspire creativity, and that’s where calisthenics builds raw strength. When you blend strength + coordination + mobility + spatial awareness — you don’t just build muscles. You build capability. Train linear for foundation. Train multi-directional for evolution. Strong is good. Adaptable is elite. Move like a machine. Flow like an animal. 🔥 #animalflow #bodyweightworkout #strength #mobility #fitness
You know the person who goes to the gym 4-5 times a week but looks the same for years, you maybe know him, see him there or you might be that person. Why it doesn't bear any results? First of all It's not about how many times(or. How long) you train per week. It is and it wil Always be about how you train. In case you want to get in an amazing shape (which if you are reading this you do) you will need to make friends with the word intensity. But not high interval tabata style. But the momentarily intensity when you can't perform any more repetition on an exercise. If you give your body the right stimulus it will reward you with the right outcome. This is why short intense trainings are far superior than long and less intense trainings when it comes to building strength and muscle. Doing many trainings (and a lot of volume) will actually prime you to not go as hard as you could and will not activate the proper stimulus. And you will also try to "keep some energy in the tank" because you think it is an endurance activity. But it's not. And that's also why my 1-hour Body system works. Because it is built on intensity and not time commitment.
