📈Alex Sosa enters 2026 as one of the more intriguing ACC catching prospects — and arguably one of the more underrated offensive profiles at the position. A left-handed hitting catcher with legitimate gap-to-pull power and on-base feel, Sosa’s bat has shown me flashes that outpace his current draft buzz. With the transfer to University of Miami Hurricanes and draft eligibility looming, this is a full speed ahead, nothing-to-lose year. He’s not playing to protect a ranking. He’s playing to raise one. . . #collegebaseball #prospects #canesbaseball #hitting #mlbdraft

⚾️ BTS Extras w/ #Mets prospect Jett Williams At 5'6" -- Jett is the shortest prospect in the #MLB Top 100... by 2 inches. Hasn't mattered. Ascending to #45 ranking in MLB Top 100 & #30 in @theathletichq's Top 100 Prospects. But if he was 6'3" - would he be Top 10? Top 5? "I think I'd be the #1 prospect. It’s #NHLYoungStarsWeek, so why don’t we talk about who might be next for #thefutureisteal Sam Dickinson is the reigning @ohlofficial defenseman of the year & Memorial Cup Champ. #SJSharks GM Mike Grier said there is nothing more for Dickinson to prove in juniors. So his goal is simple heading into training camp- make the Sharks opening night roster. #NHL | #Prospects | #hockey

Use Us. Vs Them When Closing The Sale In sales, you need to balance staying neutral with pushing for the sale when a prospect is ready. My favorite way to close is the “Us vs. Them” technique. We position ourselves on the prospect’s team. Any concessions we ask for depend on us, the salesperson, fighting for them. The catch: we will only vouch for them if they commit in writing right now. Otherwise, “Them” (the other side/management) won’t take us seriously. This technique aligns both parties, helping the prospect move forward, and adds scarcity, maybe we only have one product/service left, and they’ll only give it up if they get a commitment today. If you want to see how I closed this seller, comment CLOSE, and I’ll send you the full video. #sales #salestips #busines #client #customers #prospects #salestraining #realestate #realestateinvesting #realestateagent #realestateinvestor
