Here’s todays stream of consciousness on the topic that I just shared on TikTok. I’m also really passionate about the world of Neurodiversity and my goal is to normalise conversations around the different ways that brains work, have open discussions about the challenges and also discuss the immense superpowers that come with our remarkable brains and their brilliantly unique wiring. Life is good. Please watch and if you feel compelled to do so, please share. If I can help at least 1 person feel a little less alone or ‘weird’ then that’s a good day. 👍🏻🙏🏻🫶🏻 Happy Wednesday #psanz #keynotespeaker #neurodivergent #neurotypical #acceptance
SO AWESOME to be at the launch of Trailblazers, the second powerful book published by the Professional Speakers Association of New Zealand! I’m beyond stoked to have a chapter featured in this inspiring collection, where I share insights from ‘My Backpack of Belief’, the stuff I’ve chosen to cary through life, up mountains and to build a massive life enhancing strength out of a perceived weakness. Inside my chapter, you’ll discover: How to transform self-doubt into unstoppable drive Tools to build personal resilience in the face of challenge What I love about a book like this? You’re not just getting one story, you’re gaining access to multiple voices, diverse perspectives, and actionable takeaways that can seriously shift your journey. I’ll be carrying Trailblazers in my own backpack of belief… and for just $27 + postage, you can too. DM me to get your personally signed copy in Monday’s post! #TrailblazersBook #BackpackOfBelief #ThatAwesomeGuy #DreamBigAchieveMore #PSANZ #LiveForAwesome #SpeakerLife #InspirationToGo
This one’s going to be hard to forget. As part of the Trailblazers Convention 2025 with Professional Speakers Association New Zealand, 30 of us Trailblazers found ourselves in the stands of the legendary Eden Park in Auckland, witnessing an unforgettable game — New Zealand All Blacks vs Australia national rugby union team. The energy was electric. The crowd was roaring. And the haka… absolutely spine-tingling. There’s something powerful about watching a game that carries not just competition, but culture, pride, and unity. Sharing this moment with a group of passionate speakers made it even more special. Rugby under the floodlights. Good company. Big energy. A memory etched. #Trailblazers2025 #PSANZ #AllBlacks #EdenPark #GlobalSpeaker #ConnectionAndGrowth #RugbyCulture #AuthenticityInAction #LeadershipInAction #NewZealand

Speaking at the Professional Speakers Association of New Zealand Trailblazers Conference was pure energy. The kind that fills a room, connects every person in it, and stays with you long after the event ends. I’m still carrying the energy with me. From the moment I arrived in Auckland, I could feel the pulse of this place. It’s grounded in history, shaped by culture, and alive with curiosity. The land itself, especially Mount Eden (Maungawhau), holds a powerful story. You can feel it in the way New Zealand honors its Māori heritage through respect, connection, and deep presence. That same spirit infused every conversation, keynote, and collaboration at PSA NZ. It reminded me that when we get laser focused on achievement, it’s easy to forget the real fuel behind our flow: exploration. ✨ Curiosity isn’t distraction, it’s nourishment.
💡 It keeps energy moving, ideas fresh, and creativity alive. Every person I met reignited that spark, proving that curiosity isn’t a luxury in leadership. It’s a necessity. It’s what transforms repetition into innovation and burnout into inspiration. I left New Zealand with my heart full, my mind expanded, and my energy renewed. If your team feels stuck or low on momentum, it might not be a motivation problem. It might be a curiosity problem. Let’s talk about how to reignite it. 🔥🔗 #EnergyOfSuccess #CuriosityAtWork #LeadershipEnergy #PSANZ #ProfessionalSpeaking #MāoriCulture #Auckland #GlobalLeadership #EnergyInMotion #SpeakingLife
“The hardest decisions often lead to the most extraordinary journeys.” Last night was beyond words. Speaking at the Professional Speakers Association of NZ Gala and becoming an associate member is something I’ll never forget. But what mattered most was finally sharing a part of my life I had kept hidden for years. I opened up about the impossible choice my parents had to make before I was born, a decision no parent should ever have to face. They were told my life might be full of struggle, but they chose hope. They chose to believe in me. And because of that one brave decision, I’m here today, speaking my truth. As I shared this, I watched some of the most seasoned professionals moved to tears. The standing ovation wasn’t for me, it was for the journey I’ve been on, the struggles I’ve overcome, and the truth I finally spoke. This wasn’t just a speech; it was a reminder of the power of possible. When we refuse to let the world define our limits, we open ourselves to extraordinary things. If you need this message at your next event, or if you’re ready to challenge your own limits, reach out. Let’s redefine what’s possible together. #PowerOfPossible #PSANZ #KeynoteSpeaker #BookMe #BreakingBarriers #TheJourneyContinues
