Today our little ones dressed in shades of violet and plum to celebrate Purple Day, all about teaching our children the true meaning of respect and inclusion! Through creative crafts, interactive games, and shared activities, our students are learning how our differences make us special and how kindness brings us together.
We love watching our preschool family grow into caring, inclusive, and respectful global citizens! ✨

Hudba ma naučila, že aj ticho medzi tónmi má svoj význam. Rovnako aj momenty, ktoré nami zatrasú nie sú koncom, ale súčasťou príbehu.
Chce to kuráž, vnútornú silu, ale aj odvahu vrátiť sa vždy späť do rovnováhy. O to viac obdivujem deti, ktoré toto zažívajú takmer každý deň a napriek tomu majú silu ísť ďalej.

En el marco de #PurpleDay, una iniciativa global que se conmemora cada marzo para crear conciencia sobre la epilepsia, nos unimos a la @fundacionlucespanama para llevar un mensaje de empatía, información y esperanza.
A través de la campaña “La luz de mi historia”, se presentaron canvas con historias de personas que viven con esta condición, visibilizando sus experiencias y su valentía.
Como parte de esta jornada, niños con epilepsia también visitaron el aeropuerto y tuvieron la oportunidad de conocer sus instalaciones y vivir una experiencia especial.
La actividad contó además con la visita especial de @robertoduranbox, quien se sumó a esta causa para acompañar a los niños y apoyar la concienciación ✨💜

Stronger together for Equality! ✊💜
On Wednesday, March 25th, the IFS turned purple to celebrate Women’s Rights Day with the Collectif Égalité. We are so proud of the energy and solidarity shown by students and staff alike!
Hundreds of students came to get solidarity bracelets, the official UN color for gender equality.
Our student teams stormed the classrooms for interactive quizzes! We discussed the tough reality of gender gaps:
Did you know women hold only 64% of the legal rights men do? ⚖️
Or that ZERO countries have reached full equality yet? 🌍
We also tackled the reality of cyber-sexism and gender stereotypes in children’s media. 📱
A huge thank you to all secondary teachers who screened dedicated videos and presentations to spark debate and awareness. 🎬💬
Many of you visited the exhibition featuring the incredible life paths of 8 inspiring women, created by the Collectif Égalité.
A huge thank you to all for your questions, your support, and your commitment. This was just one day, but the fight for equality continues every day! 💜💪

Por requerimento que apresentei a iluminação do prédio da Assembleia foi ajustada para a cor roxa, em homenagem ao Purple Day — Dia Mundial da Conscientização da Epilepsia💜.
O objetivo da campanha é conscientizar 💭 a sociedade sobre a epilepsia e mobilizar os pacientes, familiares, profissionais da saúde e da educação, estudantes e demais cidadãos na luta 🤝 pelos direitos à inclusão social, profissional e econômica das pessoas afetadas pela condição.
A iluminação ficará nessa cor no período de 15 a 31 de março, com o intuito de impactar e mobilizar um grande número de pessoas a lutar pela causa. 🌎🌍🌏
