We will be working closely with Group Supply Chain Director Martin Lee FCIPS and his leadership team in helping them shape and build the team. Talent Drive will be recruiting a range of roles across QinetiQ’s new operating model, which will consist of business partnering, responsible supply chain and category management roles across a variety of levels.
The new team will have cross-functional capabilities across business partnering, SRM, category management and responsible supply chain, with the aim to create a best-in-class procurement team.

Based at MoD Boscombe Down, the Empire Test Pilot’s School (ETPS) was established in 1943 and is run by both the Ministry of Defence and QinetiQ. It was introduced to provide advanced training to test pilots, when a number died testing the many new aircraft being introduced during the Second World War.

QINETIQ COFFEE CUP CHALLENGE 🌍☕️♻️
The theme of #WorldEnvironmentDay2023 is “beat plastic pollution”, so we are setting ourselves the challenge to try and use as few disposable coffee cups as possible!
In March 2023, the catering outlets at our Farnborough, Portsmouth and Malvern sites used approximately 16,000 disposable cups… 😳
So… in collaboration with our Groundhouse coffee shop, we will be asking all employees to bring in their own reusable cups, or our cafe team are able to provide a sit-down porcelain mug.
By setting ourselves this challenge we will not only raise awareness, but also learn what works - so we can drive long-term change for these locations and many of our other sites too.
World Environment Day is on the 5th June 2023 and encourages awareness and action for the protection of the environment. At QinetiQ, we are committed to responsible and sustainable ways of working 🌍
