I had such a wholesome girls night at @raviniafestival this past weekend! We purchased lawn tickets to go see the legendary Al Green in concert, and it was truly the perfect summer night.
We also took the @metrarail to Ravinia Park, which was the most convenient way to get up to the North Shore without having to deal with traffic or parking (plus, your concert ticket gets you free train fare!). The Metra even drops you off right outside of the park, and it’s really such a hassle-free way to get to the festival!
I also love that Ravinia offers many options when it comes to dining, in case you don’t want to lug anything with you. My girls and I set up the cutest little picnic, and sipped on wine while enjoying the performances throughout the night. Save this for inspo, as this is definitely a must-do summer activity if you live in the Chicagoland area!

Ravinia is a staple in the Chicagoland area and introducing it to kids has been such a fun thing to do this year!
You can pack your kid’s favorite snacks or buy something in the park. After we saw @emoonpark they did a little meet and greet afterwards and it was so neat to talk with the band.

Fun fact: Anthony Ponce isn’t just a great reporter—he’s a piano wizard too! 🎹 While covering Ravinia today, he even got a chance to take the stage himself! #Multitalented #Ravinia
