Running Kimi K2.5 locally on my desk is absolutely unreal. 24 tokens/sec on 2× M3 Ultra Mac Studios, each with 512GB, linked over Thunderbolt 5 (RDMA) using ExoLabs + MLX. No cloud, no excuses, just raw local inference power. And yes… it runs Clawdbot. Personal agents, enterprise-grade models, all running right here.
