mommy daughter date but make it a refi 🖤🏡 yes… i pulled her out of school for closing day. don’t call the attendance office 😭😂 she’s seen the rehabs and the before and afters but i wanted her to see the part nobody posts. the wires, the signatures, the stack of paperwork thicker than her homework packet. bittersweet in the best way, because one day she won’t be coming with me… she’ll be doing it herself. refi complete and of course snacks were mandatory 😮‍💨 #brrrr #refi #realestate #cashoutrefi #generationalwealthbuilding
