Have you seen the massive construction site where I-40 and I-75 meet near Watt Road? West Knoxville is getting a sports and mixed use upgrade called Prosperity Crossing, spearheaded by Knoxville-based real estate firm Maddox Companies and The Hollingsworth Companies which are headquartered in Clinton. This isn’t just another shopping center; it’s a 260-acre ‘live-work-play’ destination that is being designed to act as a regional hub. The big news for sports families? A $50 million Premier Sports Village with 12 turf fields. No more driving across the state for tournaments—the action is coming right to our backyard. But it’s not just for athletes. We’re also looking at six new hotels, a ton of new dining options—both local favorites and national names—and a medical center focused on wellness and performance. Plus, for those looking to move closer to the action, there are hundreds of new apartments in the works. While construction is still happening, it is expected to bring in nearly $2 million in sales tax revenue to help our local economy grow. I know everyone is going to talk about traffic from this new hub: TDOT is already studying the Watt Road interchange to keep things moving. Have a house near this new project and want to know how it is gonig to effect your property values? Get with me and I can talk you through it #knoxville #knoxvillerealestate #development #knox #knoxvillerealtor
If you’re relocating to Huntsville, this is the kind of lifestyle people are talking about. Today I stopped by Anthem House in MidCity, and the vibe is exactly what people mean when they say Huntsville is growing in all the right ways. You’re literally steps from: 🎶 The Orion Amphitheater 🍔 The Camp (food trucks + live music) 🌿 parks and open spaces 🧺 the MidCity Farmers Market every Sunday It’s walkable, modern, and right in the middle of one of Huntsville’s most exciting districts. Plus they even offer furnished apartments for short-term living through Placemakr, which is perfect if you’re relocating and want time to explore before buying. Now I didn’t show you every inch of this place but as you can see it’s quite something. 😍 If you’re thinking about moving to Huntsville and want to know the best areas to live, follow me or send me a message. I share local spots like this all the time. @huntsvillerealtour @highlighthuntsville #HuntsvilleAL #MidCityHuntsville #RelocatingToHuntsville #HuntsvilleLiving #HuntsvilleRealtor

Honestly? Pretty great. Huntsville has quietly become one of the most talked about cities in the country. Between the job market, the growth, and the quality of life, a lot of people who move here are surprised by how much they end up loving it. We’ve got NASA, Redstone Arsenal, a huge tech and engineering presence, and a city that’s growing faster every year. On top of that, you still get things people in bigger cities are craving more and more… space, access to nature, and a cost of living that’s still reasonable compared to most places. It’s a big reason Huntsville keeps landing on national lists for best places to live, best job markets, and fastest growing cities in the Southeast. If you’re curious what living here actually looks like, comment 🏡HUNTSVILLE🏡 and we’ll send you our relocation guide with everything you need to know before moving here. ——————————————— Embry Group at Crue Realty Huntsville, AL O: 256-701-0027 E: [email protected] ———————————————
