Attic insulation tips…I’m using Rockwool R15 Comfortbatt first. Then I place R38 perpendicular over it. This exceeds the local requirement and makes the bathroom below nice and comfortable. U mnie izolacja stropu wykonana jest z wełny skalnej Rockwool Premium i to nie jest przypadkowy wybór.
Parametry wełny Rockwool Premium:
• Współczynnik lambda 0,035 W/mK
• Całkowita niepalność, klasa A1
• Wysoka sprężystość, brak osiadania w czasie
• Bardzo dobra izolacja akustyczna
• Paroprzepuszczalność
Natomiast nawet najlepsze parametry nie pomogą, jeśli montaż jest wykonany źle. Prawidłowa kolejność prac przy wiązarach wygląda tak:
1. Dokładnie mierzymy rozstaw elementów konstrukcji i docinamy wełnę o około 1,5–2 cm szerzej niż światło między wiązarami. Wełna musi wejść na lekki wcisk i sama się klinować.
2. Układamy wełnę ciasno między dolnymi pasami wiązarów, bez szczelin, bez podwijania i bez upychania. Każda luka to mostek termiczny i realna strata ciepła.
3. Dopiero po ułożeniu wełny wykonujemy sznurowanie. Sznurek prowadzimy w zygzak, co około 30/40 cm. Jego zadaniem jest podtrzymać wełnę, a nie ją ściskać.
4. Kontrolujemy, czy wełna nie jest sprasowana. Ściśnięta wełna traci swoje właściwości izolacyjne.
5. Sprawdzamy newralgiczne miejsca przy ścianach i murłacie, bo to tam najczęściej powstają nieszczelności.
Jeśli planujesz dwie warstwy izolacji, pamiętaj, że druga warstwa powinna być ułożona poprzecznie do pierwszej. To najprostszy sposób na wyeliminowanie mostków termicznych na konstrukcji.
Zapisz ten post, bo przy izolacji stropu nie ma miejsca na błędy, a poprawki po wykończeniu kosztują najwięcej.
