The awesome people over @elenker_official sent me their Dual-Brake Shock-Absorbing Rollator Walker to try out and I have to say, I am a fan! • I am not usually the biggest fan of rollators (I’m a wobbly girl ok?) but over the past couple of months I have found myself reaching for my Rollator FAR more often than I expected! One of my biggest travel fears has always been the airline damaging my equipment. 😩 Finding a rollator that actually fits in the cabin is a total win. I’ve been wanting to get my hands on the Nordic Pioneer for a while. It’s hard not to be curious about a name like that! What stood out to me right away (aside from the glacier green, bump-proof foam) is how it compares to the Carbon Ultralight. They’re both top-notch rollators, just built for slightly different lifestyles. The Nordic Pioneer feels like a more versatile, all-around option for someone who wants to handle indoor and outdoor surfaces, including mixed terrain like grass and small gravel. The Carbon Ultralight, on the other hand, is the smooth cruiser in urban environments. It also comes in at around 10 lbs, compared to 13 lbs for the Pioneer, which can make a real difference for people lifting it in and out of a vehicle. But 13 lbs is still very lightweight, especially compared to traditional rollators that weigh closer to 20 lbs. Paid partnership with byACRE.
