First time to share this part of my mental health journey— I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 27.
Last 2017, na-diagnose na ako with Major Depressive Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder, pero ramdam ko na meron pa rin akong pinagdadaanan na hindi ko maintindihan at mahanapan ng paliwanag.
Last week lang ako na-diagnose with ADHD. I got scared because of the stigma, but at the same time, I feel hopeful for my life. I feel like I’m finally embracing the best version of myself that I knew was there all along.
Medyo overwhelming pa lahat pero kailangan ilaban. Kung pareho tayo ng pinagdadaanan, tara samahan niyo ako sa mental health journey ko!
