Before making these legs round I only rough cut them to length… after they are joined together I can get them to final length! Thought of so many ways to do this, but making a router sled made the most sense to me. Especially because I didn’t even need to make a new jig… the sled is the same jig I used on the jointer! I ran my 6-in-1 Jig across the top, used spacers from the floor to make sure the set up will be even, and now both legs are the exact same length!

I took a very Deep cut on a router sled. Was it too much? I used an Amana Tool 2in carbide insert flattening bit. It’s awesome.

Surfacing the Epoxy Table on the Router Sled This footage is a little late in the build but it was an important part of the post mold process. These jigs work well and get the job done.
