Sometimes Ramona leads, and Eric follows! 💥 Here’s a little recap with the beginner class material.😍 Dig the concentration! 😍 Also the leader commitment to “my dance is my lead.” 🙌🏼 Big ups to both things, and of course follows, as you progress, you will discover the exact same thing. “My dance is my follow.”👈🏼 We love all the dancers who have been coming to class and really digging into it all. ❤️ Learning is so precious!! 🙏🏼 6:30 Beginner class 7:30 Int/Adv 12 Surrey Road, Earthen Vessels Church Register online or pay at the door! 🚪 #1929studios #swingdancemelbourne #lindyhopmelbourne

Dealing with the T-Rex Frame? 🦖 A small awareness practice can help you fix your wrist tension 🙌🏻 Try this: 👉 Maintain a slight downward line from your shoulder through your elbow to your wrist 👉 Hold one finger with your other hand 👉 Slowly lift the finger while keeping the wrist relaxed 👉 Let gravity guide the movement Then try dancing again and notice the difference - say hello to your „No-Rex-Arm“ 😇 #wcs #westcoastswing #danceeducation #bodyawareness #bodymechanics
