🌊📱 Mar Educados: impacto de las redes sociales en la salud mental de las mujeres Las redes sociales tienen un impacto significativo en la salud mental de las mujeres, especialmente debido a la presión por cumplir con estándares de belleza y éxito. Al respecto, un estudio de la Royal Society for Public Health reveló que 9 de cada 10 mujeres jóvenes manifiestan estar insatisfechas con su cuerpo, señalando a plataformas como Instagram como el factor con mayor impacto negativo en su bienestar emocional y percepción de la imagen corporal. Según la OMS, las niñas presentan un mayor uso problemático de redes sociales que los niños (13 por ciento frente al 9 por ciento). En niñas de 13 años, esta cifra sube al 16 por ciento, vinculándose directamente con un mayor riesgo de depresión, ansiedad y bajo bienestar mental. Part of Apl.de.ap’s (@apldeap) 100 million coconut tree project, which kicked off in 2025, is using science and technology to better the lives of Filipino farmers. The project has championed innovations like biochar made from coconut husks and fertilizing with fungi. But another project in the works is an app called Earth Sama, an app that manages the tasks of farmers and keeps a record of their work.
