We open this Friday from 8AM. From getting the keys to pulling shots at our first test event, it’s been a mad few weeks of building, painting, fixing, learning and trying to get everything ready. Now we’re nearly there, and we can’t wait to welcome you in ☕️

Day 4 ✅ DONE… and it’s finally OPENING DAY! 🎉 We open TODAY at 11am! It’s been a full-on graft to get everything ready — a couple of cars stuck in the sand and even a wardrobe malfunction later 😅 — but we made it, and we’re ready for you. 📍 Crosby Marina ⏰ From 11am today Come down and see us! ☀️

Good morning crib fans. Countdown to St Piran's has begun. Thanks to all that ordered a pasty, these will be ready to collect from first thing Thursday morning (7am). If you missed the preorder the there may be some on the tuk to buy on the day but not guaranteed. ✨ Hello to all our lovely new followers! ✨ We’ve had quite a few new followers recently, so it felt like the perfect time to introduce ourselves… I’m Emma – founder and chief mischief maker of The Flying Saucer. 🚀☕ Alongside me is Laurence – our chief creator, builder and problem solver, and the man responsible for turning my slightly wild idea into reality… also known as George. And then there’s George himself… 💛 A yellow and cream dream machine and very much the main attraction. At the beginning of 2024, I had what I like to call a “mid-life opportunity moment.” After many years in the corporate world I realised I needed a change… and a dream began to form. With a lot of determination, long days, countless trips to Screwfix, a sprinkling of patience (and a fair bit of sweat), The Flying Saucer — aka George — was created. On 3rd February 2025, we opened our much-loved speciality coffee trailer on @miltonparkuk and the adventure officially began. ☕🚀 A few quick facts about me: ☕ Favourite coffee: a black filter 🌅 Definitely a morning person 🎵 Favourite song: Reach for the Stars by S Club 7 🦂 Scorpio ✨ Big believer in a little bit of woo-woo 🧠 ENFP (Myers-Briggs personality) 💡💛❤️💚💙 (insights profile) 🦒🦩 Spirit animals: giraffe and flamingo (tall vibes and fabulous energy) and a cheeky 🐌 🎬 Favourite movie: How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days ✈️ Favourite hobby: travelling 🤪 And honestly… crazy might just be my middle name My mantra? Life’s too short… FUNNNNN is what we’re all about. 💛 Running The Flying Saucer has been one of the most exciting, slightly chaotic, caffeine-fuelled adventures of my life — and we’re so grateful you’re here for the ride. 👇 Now we’d love to hear from you!
