Most golfers don’t know this… The USGA recommends hole locations stay under a 3% slope. Once the green gets steeper than that, putts become extremely difficult to keep on line. So if you can train your eyes to recognize 1%, 2%, and 3% slopes, you’ll be able to read the majority of putts you face near the cup. The challenge is that most training tools designed for this are bulky and annoying to use. So I built the Slope Revealer — a compact, magnetic tool that lets you instantly see the slope percentage of the green.
