Lotte balandligi 555 metr, 123 qavat. Namsan tower esa Namsan tog‘i cho‘qqisidan yana 243 metr yuqoriga ko‘tariladi. Bino va tog‘ning umumiy balandligi 480 metrni tashkil qiladi.
