How Carlos Alcaraz Fixed His Serve🔥 Alcaraz has made a significant change to his serve motion this season. The most obvious adjustment? His racket now points more to the right during the half-serve position, compared to his previous technique where it pointed more upwards. This change allows him to bend his elbow properly and reach a better trophy position, where his arm remains more bent and his hand stays closer to his head. From this improved position, he achieves an even more efficient racket drop and most importantly, a far more fluid overall motion. The benefits are clear: slightly more power, but more significantly improved consistency and a higher serve percentage. Many have noticed similarities to Novak Djokovic's serve, and for good reason. Djokovic dramatically transformed his serve from a weakness into a reliable weapon by making similar technical adjustments. What do you think of Carlos Alcaraz's improved serve for this year?👇🏼 @baselinehighlights #tennis #serve #alcaraz #reels
‼️Most players start the serve in the wrong place. But every elite serve — including players like Novak Djokovic — passes through this exact position first. Miss this, and everything after becomes harder than it needs to be. Fix this → and your serve starts to feel effortless. 🎾 Save this and try it on court. #tennis #federer #serve #sinner #tennisplayer
If you’re learning how to: Float Serve ⬇️ Controlled toss 🏐 Make sure the ball leaves your fingertips last: • Keeps your toss in front of you • Helps you control exactly where you toss • Don’t toss too high, a lower toss gives you more control & better timing ⏱️ Armswing 💪🏻 Armswing force should travel forward (horizontal) into the ball, not under the ball/upward: • This helps keep the ball flat and reduces spin 😵‍💫 • If you struggle producing power, draw your elbow back and keep your arms relaxed to produce higher speed rather than focusing on force ❌ Firm hand, no follow through, no spin🫸🏻 ✋🏻 • Use a flat, solid palm and avoid snapping your wrist. • Practice the accuracy of your contact point to be directly in the middle of the ball, which reduces spin and creates that unpredictable float. • You can even slightly decelerate your arm after contact to minimise follow-through spin. #volleyball #volleyballplayer #haikyuu #serve #explore

TENNIS SERVE COMMON MISTAKE ❌✅ Locking the wrist in the serve is a common technical error This restricts forearm pronation, reduces racket head speed, and concentrates stress on the wrist and elbow. In proper mechanics, the forearm and wrist pronate naturally, allowing efficient energy transfer through the kinetic chain Result: more speed, better efficiency, and lower injury risk Wrong: locked wrist Right: natural pronation #coachemrebakir#tennis#serve#tennisserve#tennis🎾

🎾 Your serve is only as strong as your footwork. 🎾 #tennistraining #serve #tennisserve #🎾 #sunday
