Still can’t believe this actually happened. Sunrise shells are usually found way deeper than where I was diving—and somehow this one found me. One of the rarest shells in Hawaii, just sitting there like it was waiting.
They’re typically found at depths of 100–300 feet, so spotting one in shallow water is almost unheard of 😍😭🥳

I’m sick🤒 of people asking me for my "secret" beaches 😒🤒
There are no secret beaches... 😱
There’s just time, patience, and a lot of walking.😰
I go every day at the beach, I explore. I search.
Make same!

The ocean girls get it 🤿🫧 I love that I found a waterproof bag that can hold my car keys & phone while I look for shells. It also doubles as a shell bag 🐚
Code KEARA for my waterproof bag! ✨

He knows the way to my heart. 😍🐚 This is one of the biggest leopard cone shells in my collection! It was such a perfect ocean day. 🌊🤍

The big 3 here in Hawaii 🏴☠️😵
Whenever you see one of these in the water, exercise caution. The proboscis can extend past the base of the cone, so think twice before you get too close.

These aren’t just bits of glass—they’re real marbles that somehow ended up in the ocean, tumbled smooth by the waves! Could’ve come from old ship cargo, boardwalk games, or who knows what. Hands down my favorite thing to find! 🌊🔵

Here’s how I kept the shine and didn’t damage the shells pattern:
1. Muriatic acid - DO NOT DIP - use a qtip and spot clean areas with calcium buildup
2. Use a wire brush for any stubborn areas
3. Take a small amount of mineral oil, and wipe over entire shell
4. White excess oil off after a few hours!
Good as new 😍

This sea urchin find was super unique! It looks like it has a keyhole! It's the only one I've found like this, and because sea urchin shells are so incredibly fragile, it broke before I could get it home 😭
