SNÍDANĚ ZA PÁR MINUT I já mám někdy chuť na sladkou snídani... a tohle je rychlý a chutná to skvěle. Můžeš si to udělat i do krabičky a vzít si s sebou. Ingredience: ovesné vločky tvaroh protein arašídové máslo ovoce sladidlo fruits in jelly - fitness marmelada Do misky nasypeš na dno ovesné vločky tak, aby bylo plně zakryté dno. Smícháš tvaroh s proteinem, dáš vrstvu tvarohu na vločky. Přidáš jednu polévkovou lžíci fitness marmelady a lžíci arašídového másla. Na to dej druhou část tvarohu. Misku naplníš až nahoru a ozdobíš kolečky banánu. Nakonec můžeš posypat kakaem. Když dodržíš tyhle suroviny tak, jako já, už nedoslazuj. Fitness marmeláda, protein a banán to dostatečně osladí. Můžeš jíst hned, ale já to mám radši, když to zůstane pár hodin v ledničce, vločky nasají vlhkost z tvarohu a krásně se to celé chutově propojí. Můžeš kombinovat s různým druhem ovoce, ale banán je k tomu nejlepší... jo a pokud nejíš arašídové máslo, nemusíš ho tam dávat Zkoušel jsem i rozpustit hořkou čokoládu 85%. Polil jsem vrstvu tvarohu rozpuštěnou čokoládou a bylo to také skvělý...
