Just building habit especially for later in the pregnancy. Sitting and tilting the pelvis forward, not slumping back when seated, just helps to avoid having a breech baby. But also I find this position, doing all the hip stretches on the floor, cat and cows etc has been kind to my tinana (body) especially the back pains with my chest and belly growing heavier.
