Another Small Block Ford finished on our engine dyno but this is not no ordinary SBF!
This engine is for Marcus from Speed Pro Distributors in Dandenong, it’s a Small Block Ford stroked to 434 Cubic Inches. Sitting atop of the engine is a prototype Harrop Supercharger and as Frank mentions makes a ton of power very easily.
Apart from the obvious Supercharger on top, we have a set of Higgins Cylinder Heads, a Dart Block with a Callie’s Crank, QuickBitz injectors and controlled via a FuelTech Computer and tuned by Frank with Nathaniel from FuelTech. With zero belt slip, bulk power, lots of torque and revved to an impressive 8200rpm with a whopping power figure!
