This week wasn’t flashy.
No big shoots. No big wins.
Just meetings, editing, building out stock… and a bit of time back out filming.
But this is what actually builds a filmmaking business.
The quiet weeks.
The consistent ones.
The ones no one really talks about.
Absolute pleasure working as 1st AC on this one, shooting for Alton with such a great team.
Here’s some BTS from the day 🎥

So thankful to be included in this wonderful New York Film Academy project and thankful to @shotsxq for selecting me as The Courier!!! And to @ezzo_jabal0 for sharing her incredible talent with me!!! And of course to the redwood trees for just being inspirational
A good story takes time.
Time creates character, and for Melbourne director Bill Bleakley @wambleakley, that’s as true on set as it is with the Craftsman boots he’s worn for the past decade.
From red dirt rodeos to international film festivals, his boots have been there through it all – gathering character with every step.
Sometimes being out in nature is all you need.
Go touch some grass!
