Antes que você brigue comigo, eu explico: todos esses nomes populares são para a mesma espécie de planta. Contudo, quando as folhas são apenas verdes, são chamadas de Espada de São Jorge ou Espada de Ogum. Quando elas nascem com variegação (faixa amareladas nas margens das folhas), as plantas passam a ser conhecidas como espadas de Santa Bárbara ou de Iansã! Mas é tudo a mesma espécie, só que sem ou com variegação. . COMO ASSIM, DRACAENA (LEIA "DRASSÊNA")? . As Sansevieria mudaram de gênero. Já falei sobre isso muitas vezes. Mas se você não sabia, te conto: o gênero Sansevieria praticamente foi todo incluído no gênero Dracaena depois de estudos envolvendo filogenia (genética com evolução). Mas Sansevieria é uma sinonímia botânica. Portanto, não é errado continuar chamando assim, ok? Apenas é importante, especialmente pra quem trabalha especificamente com taxonomia de plantas. . São plantas de muito fácil cultivo! Afinal, se adaptam a qualquer tipo de substrato, desde a água, terra vermelha, solo fértil, arenoso, de suculentas e a todos os tipos de iluminação, desde o sol pleno até à sombra.
