Ninja Creami base recipe that tastes like a maccas soft serve by @mirandabrady 🍦🍦🍦 Ingredients: 1 cup milk 20-30g protein powder 1/3 cup yoghurt (80g) 1 tbs stevia + mix ins Method: 1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender or using a mix frother. 2. Pour into the creami pint and freeze for minimum of 12 hours. 3. Mix on lite ice cream then add an extra tbs of yoghurt for a soft serve consistency and mix on re-spin (for firmer consistency don’t add anything, just re-spin it). 4. Add toppings, spin on mix in & enjoy! #NinjaKitchenAU #ninjacreami #ninjacreamirecipes #icecream #proteinicecream #healthytreats

❗️INSANE LONG ISLAND DINER: @ISLANDLAKEDINER 🎯 Chicken alfredo tacos, mac & cheese breadbowls & a massive soft serve cookie sandwich make this 25 year old hidden gem in Ronkonkoma a must try! 💯 Also love the retro vibes at this place that feel like a little step back into time. But love even more how they’ve stepped their menu up to be innovative & fun. Exactly the type of diner I love. 🌮 The tacos are actually chicken cutlets filleted in a way to mimic a taco shell. Then it gets stuffed with fettuccine alfredo (though I think you can do it with any of the pastas on the menu). I’ve had these in many places but this was probably one of the best preparations of it that I’ve tasted! 🧀 Island Lake has an entire menu of different Mac and cheeses. And while that’s dope on its own, you can also choose to get them stuffed into a bread bowl & baked off with a cheese crown 👀 🍦 The massive ice cream sandwich features two giant chocolate chip cookies that’s pumped full of their soft serve ice cream + sprinkles. 👉 Needless to say, this joint is a banger - especially when you’re craving a proper diner experience. 📍 Ronkonkoma, Long Island #TheGrubfather #LongIsland #Ronkonkoma #Diner

MIAMI’S 1st SUGAR-FREE FROZEN YOGURT 🍦 @melifrozenyogurt i went to miami’s first ever sugar-free frozen yogurt spot and it was a 10/10 🤍🍦 it’s sweetened with allulose, which is one of my favorite sugar alternatives — it tastes like sugar but isn’t metabolized by the human body and doesn’t raise blood sugar 🙌🏼 right now they have their plain, original tart flavor in soft serve (so good!!) and they’re coming out with a lactose-free version very soon 😋 they officially open to the public wednesday, november 19th and they’re located in miami shores, right next to pura vida + carrot express — literally the perfect spot 😍 the toppings are unreal: ✨ fresh fruit ✨ toasted coconut ✨ homemade granola (sweetened with coconut sugar) ✨ homemade nut butters ✨ signature chocolate hazelnut ✨ date nut butter ✨ pistachio spread with crunch ✨ pistachio spread without crunch … and so much more they also have a small gelato cart on the side in case you go with your kids and don’t want to give them the sugar-free version 🍦💛 i’ll be here at least once a week !! officially my new favorite ice cream place in miami 🤍🍦✨
