When you forget to collect all of the eggs in winter! 😬 🤷‍♀️ *whoops* The good news is that the dogs love ice cubes and eggs so here lies the perfect treat. Ps. This is a cute lil egg from one of our banty Easter Eggers. The other one lays a pink egg. This is as big as they get. 🤏 #homesteading #chickens #eggs #easteregger #rainboweggs #tiedyedozen #solflower #backyardchickens #homesteadlife #myhomesteadfeature #frozen #coldasice #winterhomesteading #canadianwinter #hensofinstagram #chickenkeeping #crazychickenladiesofinstagram #farmlife #mixedflock #chickenpeople #chickensofinstagram

It was hard to give this one back because I love how it turned out! My sweet friend Erin let me get creative with the design and it was fun to let my imagination roam a little ☀️ . Erin is on the board of one of my favorite non-profits @project.sol.flower that was founded by one of my favorite kids, Kaydee, for young adults battling serious illnesses. The symbol that Katy chose for her non profit is the sunflower and I knew I needed to include one in Erin’s jacket because we both loved Katy so much. Check out their instagram and donate if you feel led! . . . . . #sunflower #solflower #projectsolflower #customdenim #customjeanjacket #custompaintedjacket #custompainting #fabricpainting #jeanjacket #painteddenim #paintedjeans #paintedjeanjacket #flowerart #sunflowerpainting #denverart #denverartist #coloradoart #coloradoartist

Last month I had the opportunity to work on one of my favorite projects in a long time & that was with @m3ffest This project called for 20 video reels (10 on-site, 10 post-event) so I knew I had to phone in some friends to make this one happen. MAD love to the crew- @megell.st @jdane0312 & @monetadesine for coming in guns a blazin’ and crushing this production! I am so pumped with the team work & what we were able to accomplish. There is no way I could have done it without you guys. This event was such a delight to shoot with all the amazing artists, fans, and experience it created. It truly re-ignited my creative energy & I’m feeling significantly inspired because of it. Lastly, BIG THANK YOU to Oh Wow Company & the M3F team for bringing us on board for this one🙏 I cannot even begin to comprehend how extensive of a project this can be & I have so much respect for making these type of events possible! . 🎶: @purple_disco_machine

Today, a butterfly graced me with its presence, offering a soft yet powerful nudge to release my grip a little further and embrace the endless possibilities life has to offer. Lately in the midst of life lifing, I sometimes overlook the surrounding beauty amidst what appears monumental. This phase marks my transformation, a personal metamorphosis. A season has ended , a new one starts anew. No longer a insatiable caterpillar, but a resplendent butterfly embarking on new heights and adventures. I’ve been trying to remember who I am , while simultaneously welcoming the newest version of myself . It’s been a dance of grief and patience . Knowing that the little girl inside is begging to not be forgotten but the eldest keeps showing up & pulling me in another direction . I am remembering what set my heart on fire before my flame was suffocated by the expectations of what was and what is to become. I am here today , as her. The me that so desperately wants to be present in every moment but is constantly distracted but what was & what could be. And today a butterfly danced with me . Wouldn’t allow me to get sucked into yesterday or pulled into tomorrow . She danced with me until I forgot what I was thinking about before . She danced with me until I remembered what I was dreaming of all along & I awakened to find that I wasn’t dreaming at all. I am magic manifested by my mothers prayers . What a gift . What a present . What a presence . Dance with me 🦋✨🫶🏽 #butterfly #spiritual #spiritualawakening #spiritualjourney #awakening #blackgirlmagic #solflower #nature #poet #poetry #poetsofinstagram #spokenwordartists
