Adrenaline overload!!! This was one of those crazy days where I kept asking myself “how am I getting paid to do this!?” Shot on the @sonyalphasa A7sIII with the 24-70mm F/2.8 GM paired with the DJI Transmission on the RS3 Pro. Featuring some great rides from Durbans finest, you will get a chance to do photo and video with some of Sony’s best in the market line up! SCARFACE Back with another point of view from my Sony 200–600G, snapped with the powerful A7R IV. This morning, on my way to help the team fetch a new water pump — soon to be installed to help with the severe drought in Luangwa — we crossed paths with a male lion striding down the main road at Fish Eagle Lagoon. We couldn’t pass up the chance to stop and grab a few frames. It’s a reminder — no matter what you’re doing out here, even if you’re not on game drive, always bring your stills setup. You never know what’s waiting around the next bend. This big boy is instantly recognisable by the scar running down the bridge of his nose — earned last year while defending his territory from two separate coalitions of nomadic males. Alongside his brother, he not only held his ground, but protected the River Pride’s range from takeover. The beauty of this setup is shooting at 600mm with the A7R IV’s 61MP sensor — giving me the reach in the field, plus room to crop and reframe in post. For me, those tight, emotional frames are everything, and this rig lets me get them from pretty much any distance. #Dazmental #WildlifePhotography #WildlifeFilmmaking #SonyAlphaSA #A7RIV #200600G #SouthLuangwa #NatureUnfiltered
