🚴♂️When you do a SPIN CLASS you are not in a dance room and your bike isn't a dating app. Please stop humping the bike and calling it intensity, throwing your hip forward will send you to a physio's room before you know it.😎
😵 If the resistance is heavy and your hips are swinging, your core is not working, your ego is. Stay locked in. Spine long. Ribs down. Hinging at the hips. 👊 Power comes from alignment, not chaos. If you have to throw your body around to turn the pedals, the bike owns you. The bike doesn't need a workout. 🙈 You do! Turn the resistance down if need to in order to stay in control. Drop the ego but not the form.
💪 Build real strength in the gym. Then come back and dominate the resistance with control. Fail forward if have to, stay centred and remember: what you tell your mind first the body follows. That is how you get stronger and train smarter. That is how you can fully lock in and actually enjoy spinning without wrecking yourself. 🚴♂️ See you in the Spin room 7x/week!
