You get stuck when you think you should be something you’re not. When you think life should be different than it is.
I know I’m trying to force myself to do something when words like ”should,” ”have to,” and ”must” are applied to every scenario.
it’s a common guilty habit of trying to control everything according to your plan— A plan that life has no commitment to abiding by.
It’s easy to feel guilty during this stuck period feeling like you’re not doing enough. But I’ve learned that in doing the best you can, nothing else matters.
if you’re doing the best you can, you have to accept things as they are. If you’re not doing the best you can, you have to do better...for you.
Get unstuck by allowing yourself to understand that life is not based on continuous accomplishments but rather continuous growth, and growth occurs inward and outward, through quit times and crazy times. Stuck is pattern of thought 💯
