1. الجانب الطبي: لماذا نعتبرها مقامرة تخديرية؟
• حنجرة الطفل ليست حقل تجارب: إجراء العملية والطفل يعاني من “بقايا التهاب” هو استهتار طبي صارخ. الحنجرة في هذه الحالة تكون في قمة التحسس، وأي لمسة لأنبوب التخدير قد تسبب تشنجاً حاداً (Laryngospasm) يقطع الأكسجين عن الدماغ في ثوانٍ.
• خداع “الربع ساعة”: قد تستغرق الجراحة وقتاً قصيراً، لكن المخاطر التخديرية ومضاعفات الإفاقة والنزيف المفاجئ تحتاج لمختص يقظ وليس لـ “تاجر” يستعجل لخروج المريض ليدخل غيره.
2. الجانب القانوني: متى تتحول العملية إلى “جريمة”؟
• الاستطباب الطبي: قانوناً، أي عملية تُجرى بدون ضرورة ملحة (مثل انقطاع النفس النومي أو التهابات متكررة تزيد عن 7 مرات سنوياً) تعتبر “اعتداءً على سلامة الجسد”.
• خديعة الإقرار: لا يخدعوك بأن توقيعك على “إقرار العملية” يُسقط حقك. الإقرار لا يحمي الطبيب من “الخطأ المهني الجسيم” أو سوء تقدير الحالة وتوقيت العملية.

Out of surgery and feeling… OK!!!! In case you were wondering, it was only ventral, not going down into my 🍒🤣
They did a transversus abdominis plane block (a type of nerve block that numbs a large area) so I’m grateful to be pretty numb at my incision sites 🙏 Not looking forward to that wearing off 🫣 The most pain that I’m feeling is actually the pressure from the gas that was used to inflate my abdominal cavity and give the surgeon room to work!!!
Thank you to the entire team from front desk, to pre-op, to OR, to post-op 🙏🙏 It was slightly weird when I had a nurse who also works with me in the ER watch me pee 🤣😳 I feel so bad, but I was so out of it, I didn’t even recognize her at first 😬 Sorry, friend!!!
