Ikke alle som bruker HC-toalettet sitter i rullestol. Jeg har stomi, og selv om jeg ser frisk ut, betyr ikke det at jeg ikke trenger det. Jeg har opplevd både blikk og kommentarer fordi folk antar at jeg “bare prøver å slippe kø”. Samtidig blir HC-toaletter ofte okkupert av gjenger som bruker det som et ekstra toalett, mens noen av oss faktisk er avhengige av rask tilgang i akutte situasjoner. Back to the graft - time to get stronger and stop my excuses for rubbish diet and inconsistency in training…… I am back. I think my PT @fred_personaltrainer must have been shocked I did what I was told for once and got the carbs before training instead of trying to work out on zero fuel x Time to get the body smaller but stronger, and maximise wheelchair life! Thanks to @andygallagher86 for motivating my ass seeing the pull ups! I am a gorl on a mission (old lady on a mission) 🤣 Can I just say - @lululemon WUNDER TRAIN leggings are my fave! 100% amazing if in a wheelchair and also to give some support. To prevent paranormal hernia / prolapse I always wear my @vanillablush Hernia compression waist band or girdle - so important to train the core and do it SAFELY! #sci #spinalcordinjury #gymlife #fitness #adaptive #upperbody #gymlife #ces #scottishfitness #weightloss #disability #disabled #positivementalhealth #personaltrainer #teamfred #over40 #ostomate #stomi #stoma #colostomy #pt #personaltraining

OSTOMY UNDIES - Stevie the Stoma is always a happy camper when I have my incredible @vanillablush goodies! 💜🩷💚 So at one point I think I was stretching out some size 18 and now I’m down to UK size 10 (US 6) - there are sizes for all, and I swear by these undies 100% Quality ✅ Comfort ✅ Support ✅ Cute Factor ✅ The only reason I have to get new undies - is because I needed a size change…… and also I love to have some new pretty pants! These have an inner lining to slot your stomach bag in to…… it is it just support of the ostomy bag…… but is great protection for my highly sensitive eczematous skin, and prevents all chafing! If you have a stoma - I can 100% say I totally recommend these! I do also have a Level 3 hernia support belt which I wear for hernia prevention and to reduce the risk of prolapse when I am weightlifting at the gym - I am covered on all angles thanks to Vanilla Blush! Whether you’re a man, woman, kiddo - the team at vanilla blush have something for you! I just love my range of girly feminine undies - and I don’t wear any other brand if I am honest…… these are just the most incredibly awesome items! Oooooh also - totally recommend the swimwear if you’re looking for ostomy swim wear!
