Hi everyone! A quick recap of what’s been going on over here at Grey Owl Knits. The Blossoming Sweater is releasing June 1st. Dear Elizabeth Tee is releasing June 27th. Ye Olde Book Shoppe Socks is releasing June 7th. Blossoming Vest test call will be in about a week. Argyle Scottie Dog mittens, Reynard & Vixen hat, and Brew of Witches sock tests will be called soon. And finally the Been Goosed pullover is still in development but I’m working as fast as my fingers will allow! Altijd al colourwork in het rond willen leren breien? Maar weet je niet goed waar te beginnen? In mijn nieuwste masterclass help ik je op weg! Wil je gelijk alle info ontvangen? In het kort: - De masterclass bestaat uit een video van ruim een uur waarin in je alles vertel (en laat zien) over het rond breien met twee kleuren. Van de uitleg van de termen, tot het kiezen van de kleuren, naar de betekenis van 'colour dominance'. En uiteraard leer je alles over het goed krijgen (en houden) van je draadspanning. - Daarnaast deel ik veel blogs en video's waarmee je verder kan leren. De masterclass blijft voor altijd van jou. Dus je kan simpel beginnen en de info er steeds weer bij pakken als je een stapje verder wil. - Ik deel veel patroontips om mee te starten. Tot en met 11 januari krijg je het patroon voor de My First Colourwork Cowl gratis bij aanschaf van de masterclass (nu 12,50 Euro). Na het volgen van deze masterclass heb je echt voldoende zelfvertrouwen om met meerdere kleuren al breiend aan de slag te gaan 🌈 Het breipatroon voor de My First Colourwork Cowl vind je nu ook los op mijn website en op Ravelry. Geschreven voor de maten: child, adult medium en adult large. Het patroon is Engelstalig. De test breiers hadden een col in een middag af: ideaal dus, als je al wat ervaring hebt met kleurwerk rond breien, als 'last minute' kerstcadeau 🎁 Ik gebruikte Sandnes Garn in kleuren 8236 en 1001. Dit was officieel het laatste breipatroon dat ik in 2025 heb gelanceerd (en de eerste en laatste masterclass).
