Another Sunriver/Bend trip in the books! 👌🏼
✌🏽 Goodbye summer break, you sure flew by!! Between work, keeping up with my kids and managing my health diagnosis, this one was nonstop but we still made what we could count. 🙏🏽 Girls trip to Sunriver did not disappoint, and my new favorite Bend find is @jacksonscornerbend. Lots of pool time, rafting on the Deshutes River, horseback riding, hiking, golf ⛳️ at Crosswater Golf Course, art and endless laughter. . the PERFECT Sunriver getaway!! ☀️ I always say that Sunriver is so magical, even locals vacation here. And it’s true! If you’re looking for the ideal itinerary for a few days in Sunriver, you can steal mine! 🔖 ☀️ It all starts at Sunriver Resort @sunriverresort and guess what? There are *no* parking lot views here. Every room looks out to the meadow, lake, pond, or forest. I love waking up here, enjoying a cup of coffee or the deck or balcony, and walking two minutes to breakfast. 🏊‍♂️ The Cove!! Sunriver Resort’s exclusive pool for guests. Cabanas for rent, lounge chairs and umbrellas, poolside dining service!! There’s a walk-up bar and a spot to grab and eat food, covered “indoor” pool and lazy river, and of course the CINDER CONE slide! 🧖🏼‍♀️ The Spa, newly renovated and worth the visit. With a relaxation room for quiet enjoyment and tea before or after your treatment, locker rooms with hot tubs, and first-class services, I always make room for a massage or facial. 🍽️ Dinner at Lake House is high on my list. I think there’s a misnomer that it’s reserved for guests of Caldera Springs, but this lakeside restaurant is open to the public and serves food as impressive as its dining views. @calderasprings 🚲 Sunriver has over 30 miles (about 34!) of paved paths and trails separate from the roads so you can cruise just about anywhere within the community. 🥞 Brunch at Lodge Kitchen because it’s just a few steps from the resort rooms and has a rotating seasonal menu (I loved the @north44farm brisket stuffed hash brown) and a design-your-own Bloody Mary bar. ⛰️ Mt. Bachelor is about 25 minutes from Sunriver, which means you can do the Sunset Dinner experience during your stay. We took a private shuttle @shuttle_oregon so we could have a few cocktails and relax on the drive back to Sunriver. Highly recommend!! Ok, what’d I miss?? Truly my favorite summer getaway. Sunriver holds a very special place in my heart and I’m grateful to spend summers here! Thank you to @sunriverresort @visitcentraloregon for your continued partnership 🫶🏼

River Meadows is a quiet community just south of Bend, near Sunriver and the Deschutes River. You’ve got river access, walking and biking trails, a pool, pickleball courts, and plenty of that classic Central Oregon scenery!

📍Sunriver, Oregon. Our favorite family trip every summer and with each year it keeps getting better! We were able to beat the smoke from all the wildfires until the last day (you can see in last pic). What a gem of a place for the kiddos and parents a like. If you like the outdoors- biking, swimming, river fun, hiking, golfing or just new scenery then I highly recommend Sunriver in Central Oregon. Where's your go-to family vacay at? ⬇️
