He finished his career with over 21,000 points and 8,900 assists, proving he was far more than just a defender. He could score, facilitate, and control the pace while being the loudest presence on the floor. Over his career, Gary Payton played for the Seattle SuperSonics, Milwaukee Bucks, Los Angeles Lakers, Boston Celtics, and Miami Heat.
