The Ford Transit Supervan series are built by Fords UK team to promote their transit van. The Supervan 1 had a Ford GT40 engine and chassis, producing 400hp with a top speed of 150mph. The 2nd Supervan was introduced in 1984. This was actually only a silhouette car, and underneath was a group C Le Mans chassis and engine that propelled it to 174mph. The mark 3 transit was rebuilt off the second one. It was originally swapped with an F1 Derived Cosworth V8, making 650hp and taking it to about 200mph. The engine was eventually swapped with a Cosworth v6 (I couldn’t find footage of it with the F1 engine that didn’t have music sry). The 4th edition saw 2 specs, with one being designed for Pikes Peak, which it won in 2023.
