#Tchoukball #EsporteDaPaz #HermannBrandt #esporte #fyp #reels #viral #EsportesCuriosos #Curiosidades

Meet the world’s best women’s tchoukball team - and they’re from Singapore. Read more at the link in our bio.
Tchoukball 🤾‍♀️ gives athletes a different way to practise the principles we want in basketball such as fewer wasted dribbles, quicker advantage creation, better off-ball movement, more purposeful passing and earlier, higher-quality shot opportunities. So here are a few reasons why I love Tchukball for acquiring skills in basketball 1. Efficiency & Playing in Zero Seconds Tchoukball’s Rule of 3; three steps, three seconds and three passes before a shot reinforces how we want athletes to play in basketball: creating an advantage quickly and efficiently through zero second decision making 2. Catching Tchoukball provides an excellent opportunity to train a skill often overlooked; catching. The unpredictability of the rebound forces athletes to adjust to passes arriving from different angles, speeds and trajectories which helps improve their ability to catch difficult or imperfect passes in basketball. 3. Defensive Anticipation The game naturally encourages athletes to get low, react and anticipate where the ball will go. This transfers to basketball by improving on-ball positioning, anticipation of where/when the ball wants to go and the ability to track the ball when pursuing rebounds. 4. Tactical Advantage & Cognition The constant emphasis on spacing and numerical advantage teaches athletes to perceive where advantages exist and act accordingly. Athletes must continuously read the space, numbers and movement around them to find the most efficient scoring opportunity which is keeping the perception coupled with the action and cognition which is a functional behaviour athletes must have to be successful So, go warm up with Tchoukball 🤝
