This morning, I was sitting at my table ready to start the day and start the week, and I could feel the energy was on 100%. I didn’t want this to be how I started my week, so I closed my laptop and made myself a pot of @bigelowtea tea, grabbed my book, and lit a candle. ❤️ I gave myself permission to slow down for a bit and take my time to ease into the day. Last week, in my #MeTimeMarch group we talked about mindful moments and with each sip of my Radiate Beauty, which literally tastes like a blueberry muffin, I closed my eyes to savor each sip - feeling the warmth, tasting the subtle sweetness, and smelling the bright blueberries.
