Day 1 vs Day 26 . I think at times people are looking for fast results… But at the end of the day, it’s a Slow and Steady BURN… It’s more of a mental grind than anything… Because you have to continuously keep going and going and going with maybe not seeing the results as quickly as you want. . Motivation is hard to find routine is so damn important. . Keep putting in the work day in and day out to better yourself because it gets brighter on the other side . . You have to want it bad enough for yourself and no one else. . Motivation from other people burns out after a while… . Keep putting yourself first 🫶🏻 . . . #75hard #75hard #75hardchallenge #carnivore75hard #75harddominators #75hardmfers #75hardmafia #post75hard #75hardtop #75hardcompleted #75hardy #75harddenmark #75hardchallenge #igotgoals #teamcpt #fastedcardio #icandohardthings #strongereveryday #1stphormlegionnaire #iam1stphorm #livehard #1stphorm #75hardchallenge💪

When the whole team gets together it's always the best time. Team DBN & Team CPT reunited for a whole lot of festive food, laughs, drinks and just team togetherness. There is no doubting - this is the A-Team #iukuk #teamTDMC

They say 'Rome wasn't built in a day', trust me that applies too every dream places too. It takes all your time, effort, ideas, and lots of cash to make this dream come true but nothing beats the feeling of working on your own office while sipping a cup of coffee. . . We are so grateful for this as it wasn't easy came easy. We worked super hard but it is totally worth it. This is definitely a win with Team CPT 🏆 @mr_dynamyth
