A day at the Terrigal Beach Markets ☀️🌊 Our first market of spring could not have turned on a more beautiful day. Saturday 5 September gave us sunshine, blue skies, the beach as our backdrop and Terrigal absolutely buzzing with locals, visitors, families, dogs, delicious food and some incredible small businesses. We’ve pulled together little moments from across the whole day into one video — capturing the market, the beach and all the beautiful energy in between. 🤍 This is what a morning at Terrigal Beach Markets feels like. Slow walks between the stalls. Chats with our makers. Something delicious to eat. The sound of the ocean only metres away. And one of the Central Coast’s most beautiful spots coming alive for the morning. Spring has officially arrived at Terrigal… and what a gorgeous way to start it. 🌸 A huge thank you to every single person who came down and supported the market, to our amazing stallholders who bring so much to each event, and to everyone who helps create the atmosphere that makes Terrigal Beach Markets so special. Meribella is a restaurant in Terrigal with one of the most stunning views of Terrigal Beach. They’ve also got a new chef and a new menu. . Start with the bread with roast chicken and chive butter that is incredible. . You can also get some delicious snacks like the fishfingers with avruga caviar and finger lime or the duck skewers with black garlic that are so moreish. . The food here is focused on local so the Bonito come straight from Terrigal beach like outside the window. . Their kangaroo tartare is also fantastic made with local purple radishes and Jerusalem artichoke chips . The Bucatini with clams is really good but the steak frites is a must order. The cafe de Paris butter is one of the best I’ve ever had. . For dessert, you can try the wattleseed tiramisu or the brown butter cake with finger lime . We help people buy homes every day. Then it was our turn. Jackie and I found a home we loved. We could picture the kids in the pool, afternoons in the backyard and where the Christmas tree would go. Then we missed out. And despite everything we know about buying property, it hurt. We’ve since bought a different home that feels even better for our family, and we’re really excited to make it ours.
