I went to Thai Fest in Toronto and discovered something that’s going to change how you pick a Thai restaurant forever 👀
It’s called Thai SELECT — a certification awarded by the Ministry of Commerce, Royal Thai Government, that guarantees a restaurant is cooking authentic Thai food using proper ingredients and spices and traditional Thai cooking techniques. Basically, if you see that logo, you know it’s the real deal.
