I may not have won the 250k Investment from @lord_sugar but as soon as I was Fired I knew it was time to step up and prove a point. My business @oreemart went from a 6 figure business at the time of the show filming to a 7 figure business at the time of airing! We also went ahead and used our own money and invested in a brand new Bubble Tea shop @oreebubbles, opening up in Croydon very soon! Wealth is a slow and long journey. Each set back, we use it to leap forward further. During a really difficult time we needed £20,000 to see ourselves through a tricky patch when we were just about to lose our jobs. Refused. We then needed to remortgage off our fixed rate (already on a high rate from a self cert mortgage). We were again refused. Yuvraj and I found our feet. Started new businesses. 24/7 graft!!
Mortgage through the roof, we made a plan to pay off our mortgage off within 5 years even if it took us 10years. Let’s just start. Every penny back into our house. Through manifestion, consistency and full focus we paid it off in 2 years 3 months. That belief has landed us some incredible achievements -if you want it enough, you can achieve it.
Then this building! Looking at it - The Royal Bank of Scotland - the lender who didn’t allow us to remortgage and we paid 11% on our mortgage with 2 kids under 3 years old.
The time came… they were going under during Covid, on the market. We went and viewed it. Came back to it a few months later. We wanted it but didn’t believe it was possible! BUT WE DID IT! We bought the bank!!! 🏦
