Yes, I cried too! Every time I watched it... 🤣 Okay, so I didn’t get to post anything to recap #2024 with whatever virus that was sweeping the country... ugh! So this is 1 of... let’s say 12. Because we can’t “not celebrate”. We don’t play like that around these parts! 💃🏽 The Forge hitting @netflix was a great reminder for me to share a little bit about that blessing. And I mean blessing in more than one way... so many people have expressed how the film has touched them. This beautiful film touched me TOO, honored to play my part AND receive the message.🥰 BTS: -Priscilla and her family are beautiful, God-loving souls… Her beautiful niece, #Danielle, @pitts.alena. And her & Kanika know they have to squeeze me in! ♥️ #sistersfromanothermother -“Keshia” took it like a champ!🤭Getting to cut up with @selahavery was so much fun! -That salon was amazing, I didn’t capture the right videos to give it justice, but it definitely set the tone. -You already know Ms Clara prays like no other! Ms. Karen is a jewel. -“Is this a hair salon or a prayer salon???” ...gets me every time! 🤣 @annacdouglas -Wardrobe is always my favorite department to go to on set. To end up wearing the pants I had my eye on was a treat! @kohls for the “W”! -The crew, everyone... absolutely amazing. You see’em... AND the special effects, just wow! -After loosing my grandmother, this was the best environment for my soul. -The Kendrick FAMILY is a gift. That’s all! ♥️ If you haven’t already...
