About the dust question - (OOM).04_Tissue Clamp is open on purpose.
You decide the stack size and refresh it often.
It turns a very ordinary habit into something more intentional, almost like a daily ritual. Like how cafes or hotels prepare just enough tissue for the day.

The problem with tissue boxes is that tissue paper gets stuck inside as it runs out because the box is too big and static. So the idea is having the lid sinks as the tissue being used like a clamp holding them together.

As I sketched, searching for a form with both meaning and function, I kept returning to the gesture of temple roofs and ritual altar tables. It felt right for a mundane object: something that can quietly shift how we experience a daily habit: pulling a tissue.
OOM (Ôm) means an indirect hug. We brought that perspective into a tissue clamp, because it’s like an hourglass that holds your moments: joy and sorrow, care and mistakes. And when the stack runs out, it reminds us this object has been present through it all, staying by your side, without needing to hold you.
