First off I want to thank God for getting me here and giving me the health in order to compete and lift. I want to thank everyone who was with me on this amazing 4 year journey and all of the amazing coaches and friends who I have met and spent time with.
I know it could’ve been better but its already in the past and there is no reason to sulk on the past. Squat maybe wasn’t to depth, fine by me I will work on it. Bench is honestly the only place I can complain because having that many 100 pound plates and with the bar whip, trying to stabilize while the bar is trying to fly out of your hands is impeccably hard. Plus no leg drive and losing lat positioning but oh well. I did what I could have done and win state and be a state bench record holder, and To God be all the Glory.
I want to thank all of my sponsors who I have been working with to help this dream come true.

TSS SATX members have some gnarly lifters coming onto the THSPA/THSWPA scene this year. We want to give the biggest shoutout to H.S. Sophomore, @alannah.mmallard today. Regionals isn't the bar; State is the platform. Bring it home, Lannah.
