The fitness industry has changed a lot, however there are some lies still going around that I can’t ignore. These myths keep capable women from discovering their true strength potential through intelligent training.
STRENGTH TRAINING ONLY FOR BUILDING MUSCLE
While that’s one of the amazing perks of it, it’s only one of the many. Strength training builds capability for daily life, hormone balance, and lasting confidence that carries into everything you do.
IT MAKES YOU BULKY
Strength training shapes a capable, functional body when approached with strategy. Women naturally develop power and resilience - your genetics and smart programming make the difference.
USE AS MUCH WEIGHT AS POSSIBLE
Progressive loads build strength effectively, but only when matched to your current level, technique skill and recovery. Understanding your body’s signals creates sustainable gains without unnecessary strain and proper adjustment.
If you want to find out if your current training plan helps you achieve your goals, dm or comment „STRONG“ and I’ll send you my free checklist if to see how good your training plan is.

Strength training is one of the BEST things you can do for your body!
Most women are obsessed with cardio and eating less. But that’s only going against you.
The reality…
After 30, if you’re not strength training, you’re losing muscle every year.
Lifting weights prevents that—and builds strong bones that keep you independent as you age.
Think of your 80-year-old self not needing a hip replacement.

A common fear many women have about lifting weights is that they’ll suddenly become bulky.
But here’s the truth:
That kind of muscle doesn’t happen by accident.
Building large amounts of muscle takes years of very intentional training, heavy progressive lifting, and eating a LOT of food, usually more than most people even realize. It’s a deliberate goal, not a side effect.
What strength training actually does for most women is this 👇
✔️ Helps burn fat and boost metabolism
✔️ Shapes and tones muscles for a lean, athletic look
✔️ Improves bone density and long-term health
✔️ Builds confidence and strength in everyday life
So moving forward, let’s make sure weight training is part of your plan because strong, healthy, and confident is the big goal!
If you are not sure where to start Comment "workout plan" below and I will send over a 3 day plan!
Ladies, let's clear something up ⤵️
Women don't need to lift lighter weights. They need to lift smarter (and heavier than you think) 🤷🏼♀️
Strength training isn't JUST about aesthetics- it's about:
• building bone density
• protecting joints
• improving confidence, no matter what size you are
• staying independent as you age
And yes, research shows resistance training improves stress tolerance and decision-making. So technically… it helps you cope with life better...
And the patriarchy. 💅
👉You won't "bulk" unless you lock in and train heavy, eat lots and stay consistent... for years!
👉You won't lose your femininity.
👉You'll just feel more capable in your body. And that tends to change everything.
What's the biggest myth you've believed about lifting weights?

Most women are underestimating their strength.
Ans I used to do the exact same as well.
Not because I wasn’t strong enough, but because I didn’t realise how much more I was capable of.
I’d pick weights that felt “comfortable”… but I thought they were heavy enough!I’d stop sets when they just started to burn.I thought I was pushing myself hard… but I still had more in me.
And this is so so common with some of the women that reach out to me.
By no means am I saying you need to destroy yourself in the gym!But your body only changes when it’s challenged beyond what it’s used to.
What I need to emphasise as well…
Strength isn’t just physical either!
When you realise you can lift more than you thought…You have a complete confidence boost and such a sense of accomplishment.
If you’ve been training consistently but not seeing the progress you want, this could be the missing piece ❤️

Strength training isn’t optional for women — it’s ESSENTIAL. 💪🏼✨
Here’s the truth no one talks about enough…
In your late 20s and 30s, you naturally start losing muscle mass. And muscle = LONGEVITY.
Muscle supports your metabolism, hormones, bones, energy, confidence, and how you age.
It’s not about looking “bulky.”
It’s about staying strong, capable, and independent for LIFE.
If you’re not intentionally building muscle… you’re losing it.
And once it’s gone, it’s harder to rebuild.
That’s why EVERYTHING inside my app is built around:
✔️ Strength training foundations
✔️ Simple, effective programs
✔️ Proven systems that actually work
✔️ Structure so you stay consistent
No random workouts.
No guessing.
No overwhelm.
Just smart strength training that fits your life and gets results. 👏🏼
You don’t need more motivation.
You need a PLAN you can stick to.
Comment APP and I’ll send you a free week inside so you can see how simple and doable this really is. 🫶🏼💪🏼✨
Why Women Need Strength Training…
- Boosts Metabolism
- Bone Health
- Hormone Balance
- Joints, Posture & Pain
- Longevity
Because being strong isn’t about shrinking yourself…
it’s about building a body that supports you for life 🙌
5 reasons women should lift weights 💪🏼🏋🏽♀️
(Not just to show the boys how it’s done 😜🤭)
1️⃣ Reduce the risk of chronic illness.
Strength training lowers your risk of heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and more. Your future self will thank you.
2️⃣ Protect your bones & muscle as you age.
We naturally lose muscle and bone density over time. Lifting helps prevent osteoporosis and frailty.
Again, crucial as we age.
3️⃣ Boost metabolism & improve body composition.
Want to look “toned” but not “bulky”?
“Toned” = muscle + lower body fat.
No one wakes up looking like Arnie by accident. Your dream body? It includes strength training.
4️⃣ Strengthen your pelvic floor.
Proper lifting improves core stability, supports pelvic health, and can reduce pregnancy-related complications.
5️⃣ Improve mood, cognition & mental resilience
Post-workout endorphins > everything.
Lifting reduces anxiety, sharpens focus, and builds mental toughness along with muscle.
And that’s not even all of it…
Lifting improves balance, reduces falls, protects your independence, and helps you live longer & better.
Strong isn’t “bulky.”
Strong is energy.
Strong is confidence.
Strong is longevity.
Train for the woman you are now - and the one you’re becoming. 🤍💫💪🏼
