1, Could you repeat that?
Ask them to say it again. It will make them feel uncomfortable and they're not likely to repeat it.
2, Are you trying to make me feel bad?
Call out their intention, use the word "trying" it sends the message they're not succeeding.
3, Be Silent and look them in the eyes. Slowly count to five then move on.
You're sending the message that yes I heard that, but I'm choosing to drop it as it's not worth a response.
