The world’s supply chains are breaking. Not bending. Not “facing headwinds.” Breaking. #WasteManagement #SecondaryRawMaterials #CriticalMinerals #SupplyChain
Traceability is more than a compliance tool, it’s a strategic asset. In the race for critical minerals, knowing where materials come from, how they move, and who handles them is just as important as having the resources themselves. Transparency protects supply chains and ensures the materials powering our technology, defense, and infrastructure are resilient. In the next era of critical minerals, traceability will be a key tool in how we manage and secure our supply chains. #CriticalMinerals #SupplyChainSecurity #Traceability #StrategicMaterials #MiningInnovation IndustrialStrategy
The race to control critical minerals just got a major new alliance. Canada and Australia are joining forces, where they already control 34% of the world’s lithium and nearly a third of its uranium. For countries like Canada, Australia, Japan, and European nations known as “middle powers”, this signals a major shift in control over the minerals powering energy, defence, and technology. Watch the full Investor Breakout Weekly Insight through @investorbrkt’s link in bio as Ryan Iverson (@sonofriver) breaks down what this shift means for supply chains and the other key market signals investors should be watching this week. __ Presented by @m1wire & @capitalevent @lalani.farhan @nc85_ @howfitch #CriticalMinerals #Lithium #Uranium #SupplyChain #Mining Please see our disclaimer through the link in Investor Breakout’s bio.
🚨 BREAKING: $70 BILLION MINERAL MOVE 🚨 Just when the market was digesting Project Vault, another shoe dropped. A seventy-billion-dollar shoe. The Financial Times just revealed a bipartisan push in the U.S. Senate to inject an additional $70 billion into Export-Import Bank lending capacity. THE STRATEGY: This money is directed specifically toward domestic critical minerals and rare earth programs over the next decade. THE TAKEAWAY: When governments start treating minerals the way they treat oil, you're no longer trading headlines. You're watching the foundation of a new economic battlefield being laid. This is how supply chain wars begin—not with tanks, but with term sheets. https://bit.ly/4kuiLtq #CriticalMinerals #RareEarths #EXIM #ProjectVault #SupplyChain #MineralSecurity #GeopoliticalRisk #CommodityMarkets #EnergyTransition #NationalSecurity #Senate #BipartisanPolicy #EconomicStrategy #Mining #ResourceNationalism #StrategicMinerals #USPolicy #GlobalTrade #InvestmentTrends #MarketIntelligence
What is "Urban Mining?" Did you know what "Urban Mining" is?
Mineral wealth is not where value is created..processing is. Countries can extract millions of tons of cobalt, lithium, or copper, but the real margins sit where those minerals are refined, transformed, and integrated into supply chains. Today, that power is heavily concentrated in places like China, where infrastructure, technology, and industrial policy have locked in control over processing. The result is simple: resource-rich countries export raw potential and import finished value, capturing only a fraction of what their minerals are truly worth. #miningeconomics #criticalminerals #supplychains #resourceeconomics
Mining is no longer just about geology. It is also largely about policy architecture. When governments deploy capital, create stockpiles, negotiate bilateral frameworks, and explore price mechanisms, they are not reacting to markets. They are redesigning them. The question is no longer who has minerals in the ground. It is who controls processing, financing, and long-term supply alignment. Part One of this series breaks down what the market priced and what it didn’t. #CriticalMinerals #MiningEconomics #IndustrialPolicy #Geopolitics #EnergySecurity
The global elites and nations aren't just guessing; they've mapped the vulnerabilities of our entire system. Think about it: the complex understanding of supply chain choke points—the ones that stop gas, power, chips, AI, and military hardware dead in their tracks—is held at the highest levels. That's the real engine driving the massive push for domestic manufacturing. It’s a strategic maneuver to build resilience against future shocks. Are we seeing the full picture of this global chess game? #SupplyChain #Reshoring #Manufacturing #EconomicSecurity #Geopolitics #ChipWars
⛏️ China halted rare earth exports. Controls 85% of global processing. One switch — and the world's EV motors, wind turbines, defence electronics, and MRI machines lost their supply chain.⁣ ⁣ India's response: 19 critical mineral blocks up for auction. Lithium, cobalt, rare earths, graphite. From survey to extraction — fast-tracked by geopolitical urgency. 🇮🇳⁣ ⁣ India is now simultaneously:⁣ → Partnering with the US on critical minerals⁣ → Auctioning domestic mineral blocks⁣ → Building energy infrastructure at scale⁣ ⁣ Partnership. Mining. Energy. That's not dependency reduction. That's positioning India as one of the few countries offering an ALTERNATIVE supply chain to the world. 📊⁣ ⁣ Caution: mining isn't software. Auction to first production = 12-18 months minimum. Earnings impact is 2028, not 2026. Buy the announcement + sell on impatience = lose money. 🧠⁣ ⁣ 📌 Save. NMA-TV Mining Minute 3-23-2026 In a sign of just how important mined materials are to modern life, the Wall Street Journal has the headline, “The New Weapons of Global Power Are Oil, Rare Earths and Microchips.” The piece looks at the conflict in Iran and the economic repercussions around the world noting that, where power used to be centered around technology and information it has shifted to access to oil and critical minerals. One country that understands that and has moved to shore up its position? China. A new study from Australian think tank Climate Energy Finance finds that China invested more than $120 billion in overseas mining and upstream processing since 2023. Its investments ranged from lithium and copper, to nickel, rare earths and bauxite. And this morning, President Trump signaled a pause in attacks on Iran’s energy infrastructure amid what he said have been positive talks with Iran. We’ll see what impacts that news has on the markets throughout the day.
The U.S. just added 10 new minerals to the "Critical" list, including metallurgical coal. Is this a win or a warning sign for our supply chain? Zainab and Nathaniel Horadam dive into the effect of the list’s expansion and what it means for your wallet. (Hint: When the list grows, the supply chain gets complicated.) Are we securing the future or just bracing for a shortage? Catch the breakdown now! #EnergyPolicy #CriticalMinerals #SupplyChain #ZainabExplains #NathanielHoradam #InflationWatch #CleanEnergy
