Our newest exhibition transports you to the streets of Paris as seen through the eyes of a flâneur — an iconic figure of French history who observes the visual poetry and rhythms of the street.
Les Flâneurs brings together paintings, prints, and drawings from the 19th and 20th centuries that capture the fleeting beauty of modern urban life.
Collection highlights include works by Maurice Utrillo, Eugène Galien-Laloue, Maxime Boulard de Villeneuve, Constantin Guys, Edouard Cortès, Antoine Blanchard, Paul-Émile Pissarro, Bernard Buffet, Jean Dufy, Henri Matisse, Marc Chagall and more!
📍Kodner Gallery will also host a gallery talk with Christopher Hunt, MA (Art History): Saturday, October 4, 2025 from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. where we will explore the genre of Salon Painting, the School of Paris, and Parisian street scenes.

25 ноября 2017 года в Музее Фаберже была выставка «Модильяни, Сутин и другие легенды Монпарнаса», на которой было представлено около 120 произведений из уникального собрания французского мецената Йонаса Неттера. На протяжении 70 лет, прошедших с его смерти, большинство из представленных картин были недоступны ни широкой публике, ни специалистам, притом что ядро коллекции составляют работы признанных мастеров, в том числе Амадео Модильяни, Хаима Сутина, Мориса Утрилло, Моисея Кислинга и других. Впервые собрание Неттера показали только в 2012 году в парижской Пинакотеке, год спустя — в Милане и Риме.
